We pride ourselves to be assisted by a group of highly skilled volunteers, ensuring that the organisation remains compliant in terms of all required legislation and governance policies applicable to the NGO sector.

StellCare is a registered Non-Governmental Organisation, better known as an NGO. The Organisation is a registered Child Protection Organisation, in terms of section 105 of the Children’s Act 38 of 2005, mandated by the Department of Social Development. All other services are regulated in terms of the constitution of the Republic of South Africa and other relevant legislation.
